If any issues arise during your tour, please notify your tour guide or our customer service team immediately. We will address the problem as quickly as possible to ensure your experience is not impacted.

The warranty covers itinerary changes that are made by us due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide equivalent services or activities. However, voluntary changes or cancellations made by you are subject to our standard cancellation policy and may not be covered under the warranty.

The warranty does not cover issues arising from personal choices or external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, political instability, or natural disasters. The warranty applies to all services included in your tour package. For third-party services that are booked independently, such as optional excursions, the warranty is not applied. Please refer to the terms and conditions of those services.
