  • Atlas Mountains and Kasbah

Travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass. Stop for a guided tour to visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou. It is UNESCO World Heritage site. It is famous for its traditional mud-brick ksar and filming location for many movies.

  • Sahara Desert Sand Dunes and Camel Trek

  • Chefchaouen the blue city, Rabat and Casablanca

After fez you continue up the north to see the picturesque blue city of Chefchaouen. Finally, conitue the tour from Marrakech to the capital of Morocco Rabat then to Casablanca.

Day 01 Welcome to Marrakech!

Upon arrival into Marrakech Menara Airport, look out for the friendly face of your chauffeur waiting for you in the arrivals hall. The driver will have a sign with the name of our agency Morocco Sahara Desert Travel (MSDT)

After assisting you with your luggage, your private transfer will drive you to your hotel in the heart of the city. Don't forget to look out the window and be awed by this majestic city.

Once you've checked into the riad, feel free to enjoy the rest of the evening at your own pace and leisure.

Day 02 Marrakech City Tour with local guide

Immerse Yourself in the Sights of Marrakech

Today is the first full day of your Moroccan tour and it is devoted to discovering the iconic city of Marrakech.

After breakfast at your Riad, set out to encounter the bustling "Red City of Morocco" as you make your way to important historic and cultural sights.

During your tour, you will have the chance to visit the Medina of the red city of Marrakech including the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace and Jemaa El Fna

Take a break in the early afternoon with lunch near the main square, then enjoy a stroll through the city's atmospheric souks.

Day 03 Atlas Mountains - Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou - Ouarzazate - Dades

Dive into the History of Ait Ben Hadou

You'll be picked up from your hotel or Riad before hitting the road through the Tizi-N-Tichka pass in the Atlas Mountains. The road through the mountains will have beautiful landscapes - don't forget your camera to take pictures!

First, you'll stop at a Berber village to have a delicious breakfast before relaxing. We'll continue to ascend to the highest point of the Atlas Mountains before arriving at Ait Ben Hadou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you will be guided by a local guide to explain the history of this amazing heritage.

Afterward, you will have free time for lunch before continuing via the Rose Valley, Skoura Palm Grove to Dades Valley and Gorges.

You'll spend your first night in a typical Moroccan hotel located in the heart of gorges.

Day 04 Dades - Gorges Todra - Sahara Desert

Trek in the Todra Gorges & Sleep Under the Sahara Desert Stars

Enjoy breakfast before we drive through the colourful Berber villages of Dades Valley.

Next, you'll arrival at Todra Gorges where you'll have free time to go on a trek along the canyons approximately 300m high.

After lunch, you'll depart to the Erg Chebbi dunes in the Merzouga Sahara desert. Once you arrive at the dunes, you will take a camel ride for 1h 30mins at sunset to get to the oasis where the camp is located.

You'll spend the night in the bivouac amongst Sahara dunes in nomadic tents or outside under shooting stars. 

Enjoy a dinner that will be provided with your overnight stay in the Merzouga Sahara desert camp.

Day 05 Sahara - Ziz Valley - Midelt - Ceder Forest - Ifrane - Fes.

The journey to the oldest city of Fes

Today you will have to wake up very early in the morning to see what will may be the best sunrise of your life.

You will set over the Sand Dunes of Sahara of Erg Chebbi to watch wonderful sunrise. After watching the sunrise you will go down to the Camp for breakfast. Then you’ll peacefully camel-trek back to the village of Merzouga.

While enjoying morning camel ride you couldn’t fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi sand dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses.

Once you arrive the village of Merzouga, you will meet the driver again to continue the tour to Fes.

You will pass by the beautiful Ziz valley, Errachidia and Midelt where you will have free time to have lunch at the local restaurant.

On the afternoon; after lunch you will continue the tour to the Cedar Forest where we will stop to visit the famous wild monkeys then continue the journey to Fes via the Ifran city.

Day 06 Fes City Tour with local guide.

Delve into the Rich History of Fez.

Enjoy breakfast in your Riad this morning, then head out on an exploration of Fez, Morocco's oldest city. You will be guided to important historical sights, such as the gate of the Royal Palace and the old Jewish Quarter, which is known as the "Mellah." Dating from the 14th century, it is the oldest in Morocco.

Later, visit Al Qaraouine University. Founded in the 9th century, this is the oldest continually operating university in the world. You'll also have a chance to see the famous Fez leather tanneries, as well as the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, the most important Muslim pilgrimage site in Morocco.

Later in the afternoon, you will have the chance to visit an atmospheric tile cooperative to learn how the emblematic tiles of Morocco are made.

Day 07 Fes - Chefchaouen Blue City.

After breakfast drive straight to the blue city Chefchaouen

Today in Chefchaouen You will have time all the day to visit the blue city.

Spend the day exploring the picturesque streets of Chefchaouen. This exquisite city nestled in a gentle valley in the Rif Mountains is characterized by whitewashed buildings detailed in a myriad of blue shades.

During your wanderings along cobblestone alleys and stairways painted white, you will encounter weaving studios and leather workshops where skilled artisans carry on their crafting traditions. Discover the red walls of the kasbah and a medieval fortress in the peaceful square of Outa el Hamman. Look out for the Great Mosque's octagonal minaret that rises over the rooftops.

Day 08 Chefchaouen - Rabat - Casablanca.

Dive into the capital of Morocco Rabat

Set off for the city of Rabat, the capital of Morocco, the Atlantic coastline and the elegant city filled with impressive landmarks.
You will head to the Chellah, a historic necropolis surrounded by thick fortified walls. Our tour then leads us to Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, a marble masterpiece of Moroccan architecture, which houses the tombs of Moroccan kings and princes. You will also visit a fascinating area called Oudaya Kasbah.

Continuing on, we'll arrive in Casablanca later this afternoon.

Day 09 Casablanca - End Tour

This morning, head out to visit the Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in Africa. Marvel at a the mosque's towering minaret, which rises up into the Casablanca sky to a height of 210 meters.

Casablanca- Transfer to Marrakech International Airport.
