Had a great trip with Khalid as part of a 3 day tour from Marrakech to the Sahara. My partner and I went there in June 2024 and it was such a wonderful experience. Khalid stopped at many places as we drove to enjoy the panoramic views. We also visited many tourist sites, women run cooperatives, markets, kasbah turned museums and even saw some goats and camels on the side of the road. Khalid was very knowledgeable about the area and was very kind. He made us feel at ease and kept reminding us that we didn’t need to buy anything at the stations, we could just soak up the information and culture and keep on going, which was refreshing after busy Marrakech.
The tour was definitely worth it, we got very lucky and had a private driver too, which was a pleasant surprise.
Abdou our driver was brilliant – he was very attentive, and gave us a relaxed experience and stopping off in locations we would want to take pictures and have a break.
Abdou has a pleasant presence and is a very good, safe and reliable driver which made you feel at ease.
We would definitely recommend Abdou, he even went as far as calling our Riad and having someone pick us up from the main square, which he didn’t have to do but he did anyway.
The overall tour was amazing with beautiful landscapes and a camel ride through the sand dessert, and camping in the desert was an unforgettable experience!
The Riad for the first night was in a wonderful location and we had a really delicious dinner.
We highly recommend the tour if your in search to explore more of Morroco.
5 stars for an amazing trip that exceeded all my expectations. The long drive from Marrakech into the Sahara Desert and onto Fes was filled with interesting stops that allowed us to experience different aspects of all Morocco has to offer. Camel rides through the dunes, sand boarding, traditional Berber music by the campfire and a night sky full of stars was truly a dream come true. The icing on the cake was our amazing guide, Brahim. He was so accommodating to our group and provided unique insights and interesting information during the three days we spent together. He is clearly proud of his country and culture and is a great representative of Morocco 🇲🇦. Plus, he is so funny and charming my whole family enjoyed his company and we were so happy to have a new friend. Highly recommended!
